THE OFFICIAL QUEST ORB TIP
You find yourself peering around the inside of what appear to be goblin caves.
Many goblins are waking from their slumbers, and trudging past. A fairly
large one of them pauses from his training exercies and paces around the
room, muttering about something that is clearly bothering him.

OVERVIEW
- A large goblin in the Goblin caves has lost some equipment, find it
- Examine everything in rooms nearby till you find it
KEY LOCATIONS / NPC's (Non Player Characters)
- The goblin caves, west of Sparkle. Near to the entrance of the caves.
- There is a non obvious exit in the room where the goblin with the quest is that will put you on the right path
DIFFICULT SYNTAX TIPS
- This quest required you to look around and find two non obvious exits
WARNINGS
- Quest is not bugged although there were many reports they cant retrieve the armour although they founded it. They just hit the wrong spot

I tried to do this and failed to get started.
It actually seems to be quite a new quest, I have no memory of doing it before.
Anyway, by Goblin Caves I assumed that it meant the Goblin starting area.
(First south off the orc road after the crossroads)
I could not find a "large" goblin there, only stiff / inane / puny etc.
The hint seems to suggest the sleeping area... But he wasn't there.
So I went there and tried introducing myself to all the goblins.
None responded.
I looked at them all to see if any had an unusual desc, none did.
I was able to kill the goblins there so maybe someone killed him.
Or perhaps it is situation dependant / once per Arma.
Will check back another time and let you know.

I did find the smart goblins club near there.
I remember that used to be near Yagluk close to watching Orc camp.

That goblin is south from shop. However Im struggling to find armour he is asking for...

Found the goblin, the cave area has been much expanded from what I remembered.
