THE OFFICIAL QUEST ORB TIP

You reach out and place your hands on the black orb, while entering a state of
deep concentration. You feel your mind escaping from your body, flowing into
the black orb. Like stepping out of a portal, you arrive in a cave inside the
Ribos Castle in Terel. You see a monstrous dragon that has is clearly
terrorizing the citizenry. Your vision becomes blurry, and you return to your
body with a jerk, instinctively removing your hands from the orb.

OVERVIEW

You need to kill the dragon in Ribos, to make it manageable you first need to recover a particular amulet from the King's storage rooms.
Getting to the storage rooms is the main bulk of the quest.
