here in this tower. The focus this time appears to be on an old irritable male
human, who is muttering something under his breath, you just can't quite make
it out. As the scene begins to fade, you feel a sudden pull to go and see if

The desired item can often be found in a seaweed forest, the Holm, few shops or in Tunnel under Edoral Castle
The Grotto in the forest between Gelan and Argos, the grotto is in the area of the forrest very close to the pool for the frog quest.
Their are brambles there, casting the spell will open them up.
